Abstract:

More and more new clinical markers develop as a result of drug discovery efforts. Relationships between drug development and clinical markers will be explored. Case studies of clinical markers coupled with therapeutics will be highlighted with examples at various stages of development. The impact on the laboratory, the industry and patient will be considered.
