CEO RESOURCES and CJ RESOURCES FORM STRATEGIC ALLIANCE MEDIA, PA Aug. 12 – CEO Resources, an executive search and consulting firm serving high technology and innovative service companies, based in Media, PA, has formed a strategic alliance with CJ Resources, a Malvern, PA search firm specializing in the bio-pharmaceutical industry. Since 1989, CEO Resources has provided high-level searches and board development consulting for technology and service companies in the Mid-Atlantic region. The firm most recently consulted with the Biotechnology Greenhouse Corporation of Southeast Pennsylvania, a start-up organization funded by the State’s Tobacco Settlement, to help recruit a new Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operating Officer. “We look forward to working closely with CJ Resources to expand our reach into the bio- pharmaceutical and healthcare arenas, and working together to give our clients a wide range of hiring solutions,” said Linda Resnick, president and chief executive officer of CEO Resources. CJ Resources president, Ellie Cantor, Ph.D., has more than 12 years experience working in bio-pharmaceutical executive search, primarily placing scientists. She started her career as a biochemical pharmacologist, and presently serves clients such as Target Research Associates, Verion, Inc., and Roche Carolina, Inc.. She is President of the Alumnae Association of the Drexel University College of Medicine (formerly MCP-Hahnemann University) and on the Board of the Association for Women in Science (Philadelphia Chapter). “We are looking forward to partnering with Linda and her firm, and share her philosophy of quality performance, integrity and professionalism,” Cantor said. “We both have solid records of successful placements, and also provide high level consulting services to our clients.” Resnick said that Cantor and her staff add a high degree of scientific experience that will compliment CEO Resources’ general management expertise in information technology, biopharmaceutical, manufacturing and service industries.
