up over her career as an entrepreneur and the director of
economic development organizations, including The Holland
Development Foundation. In this role, Emmie has also had
extensive experience in North America and her knowledge of
marketplaces, industry and business leaders and trends is
impressive on both sides of the Atlantic. She is a founding
partner of Taskforce Europe.
Emmie has worked with many of the leading technology

States. She has organized large events in this sector, such
as the Biotech Conference in The Hague in 1999, Genomics
Momentum 2004 and the European Plant Genomics conference in
Amsterdam in 2002. She also organized the Dutch delegation
